Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Smilz Comfort Fit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you continue to experience issues, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Smilz Comfort Fit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@smilzcomfortfit.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
