At Smilz Comfort Fit, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before completing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and packaging intact

Underwear Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all underwear that has been worn, tried on, washed, or altered is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is strictly enforced.

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used underwear

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Final sale or promotional items (if marked as such)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@smilzcomfortfit.com within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Approved returns may be refunded, and a new order can be placed.
